Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation. Your order is accepted when we begin production. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example where a pricing error has occurred or where requested personalisation text is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

Personalisation

You are responsible for the accuracy of any text you enter, including spelling, and for ensuring you have the right to use any name or wording you request. Items are printed exactly as entered. The 3D preview shown in our configurator is a close representation of the finished item; minor variations in colour and finish can occur between screens and printed material.

Products

Our products are decorative items, 3D printed in PLA plastic. Small parts can present a choking hazard — keychains, toppers and tags are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers.

Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on this site belong to Florence and Flamingo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
