Made to order

Every item is 3D printed to order in the UK. Please allow 3–5 working days for us to make your item before it is dispatched. If you need something for a particular date, email us at florenceandflamingo@gmail.com before ordering and we will do our best to help.

Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

Order updates

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and another when it has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we will chase it for you.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help put things right.
